QUESTION: Can I vote for a Libertarian candidate if I’m registered as a Democrat? (or a Republican, Independence, Working Families Party, Green, Reform Party, Tea Party, Conservative, Constitutionalist, or any other party…or even no party at all?)

ANSWER: No matter what party you are currently registered for, you can vote for any candidate (including Libertarians!) on election day (November 6, 2018). If you are a Republican, you can vote for a Libertarian. If you are Democrat, you can vote for a Libertarian. If you are registered as Reform Party, Working Families Party, “Other” or any other party, you can vote for a Libertarian.

However, you MUST be registered to vote. You can register online here: DMV Online Voter Registration.

QUESTION: Is there anything I need to do to vote in November?
