When being stopped by the authorities, you do have rights. But only if you exercise them.

Whether you are for or against Gun Control/Second Amendment issues, we can all agree that firearm safety is a priority. No one wants to see innocent people, pets, or property hurt through accident or negligence. Even though you may have seen safety videos and lectures before, this 5-minute reminder of the basic principles of firearm safety is always useful, and is presented here so that it can be watched any time, day or night, to remind us that firearm safety is always the #1 priority when handling, carrying, transporting, and firing guns.

Many firefighters not familiar with sporting ammunition may be apprehensive in a fire where ammunition is present. This video from the Sporting Arms and Ammunition Institute shows relative hazards from sporting ammunition in different catastrophic situations. Definitely worth the viewing time (25 minutes), even for non-fire fighters. Weapon owners can also benefit, by seeing how stored ammunition might react.

What do you do if you find a loaded firearm? Do you know how to remove the bullets without endangering others? This short 3-1/2 minute video can teach you how to safely remove the ammunition from a loaded firearm, to prevent any accidental discharges. Even if you do not own a single firearm, this is important information and skills to have.
